At Todua Clinic, patients can undergo scheduled surgical procedures and receive medical services covered under the State Universal Healthcare Program.
How can a patient request their medical records from the clinic?
To request a copy of their medical records, the patient must submit a written application either in person at the clinic or by email. Please specify the name of the requested document(s), the relevant date(s), and attach a copy of your ID card or passport. A patient's medical documentation may be released to a third party only upon presentation of a valid power of attorney.

What documents must a third party present when accompanying a minor to the clinic?
When accompanying a minor to the clinic, a third party must present the minor's birth certificate together with a power of attorney issued by the parent or legal guardian.
Alternatively, the parent or legal guardian may send the following documents to the clinic's email address:
- A copy of the child's birth certificate;
- A copy of the parent's or legal guardian's ID card or passport;
- A consent form confirming the authorization of the person accompanying the minor during the clinic visit.
Can a third party collect a patient's test results?
A patient's test results may be released to a third party only if that person has been designated in the informed consent form completed during the patient's registration as an authorized recipient of the medical documentation or presents a valid power of attorney.
From what age can patients receive specialist consultations at the clinic?
At our clinic, specialist consultations are generally available for patients aged 15 years and older. However, consultations for children under the age of 15 are also provided by certain specialists, including infectious disease specialists, allergists, and gynecologists.
In addition, laboratory and radiological examinations are available for patients of all ages.

For how many days is the follow-up visit free of charge? Is the day of the initial visit included in this period?
The follow-up visit is free of charge for two weeks after the initial visit. The two-week period begins on the day following the initial visit.
When are CT and MRI test results available?
CT and MRI reports are issued on the day following the examination. If the examination is performed on Friday or Saturday, the report will be available on Tuesday afternoon. If additional review or consultation is required, the reporting time may be extended.
Where can I apply for financial assistance for services that are not covered by the Universal Healthcare Program or private health insurance, and whose cost is up to or exceeds GEL 1,000?
If the cost of the examination or medical service exceeds GEL 1,000, financial assistance may be obtained through Tbilisi City Hall or the Referral Service.
If the cost of the examination or medical service is GEL 1,000 or less, financial assistance may be obtained through the Referral Service or the relevant District Administration.
